My family and I experienced luxury beyond expectation. Unbelievable service was mixed with stunning vistas and beautiful furnishings. Even before we arrived, the concierge emailed to find out if we wanted to book special arrangements such as dinners and New Years eve parties as places booked out in advance. This is a lovely place to stay, but not all it really could be. It is very small and whilst we were there quite quiet. It is away from the centre of the city so if you want to walk out to the V&A it is not for you, that said a taxi ride to town is less than £10... More
