I have stayed here over a dozen times and I am always made welcome, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are lovely, with warm towel rails and good showers (not all rooms have a bath). The breakfasts are nicely prepared and filling ! Great location for the NEC.

Barncroft was a great place to stay in after exhibiting at the NEC. After a tiring days work, we were able to get back in 10 minutes to a warm, clean, quiet and comfortable place. Best place we've stayed at to visit the NEC, only 10 minutes away. Victoria, gave us a wonderful welcome. The room and en-suite was large and modern. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious and ample. This was our second visit here and we will definitely be back.
