Abbeyville House is simply wonderful. We arrived on a cold December evening (to attend a family occasion in Fermoy) and the sense of warmth and comfort was almost overwhelming. The attention to detail is obviously a labour of love by the owners. These people just aim to provide fantastic B&B, and that is what they do. Well done! More

We (my wife and I, and some other familiy members) stayed in Abbeyville House for a family gathering recently. Abbeyville House has been beatifully restored ... it is very tasteful and luxurious. The rooms are excellent as is the breakfast, which included trout on the menu. Mary and Sean are great hosts...friendly but not intrusive. We will definltely be back.... More

Abbeyville deserves it's rating (currently #1 in Fermoy). The house is beautifully decorated with old world furniture, with every thing maintained to the last. The food was good and the hosts were friendly. the only downside I could mention was that my wife hopped straight into the shower after her long drive. And for the whole time she was in... More

As a first time experience at a B and B my husband and I were so impressed with this beautiful building and the wonderful accomodation offered. Nothing was to much trouble for the delightful Mary, and the breakfast was the icing on the cake. Of all the guest houses we stayed in on our month long trip over the UK... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of September. We were welcomed like members of the family. Very impressed with the building, all the original features and the beautiful decor. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The off road parking was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Nothing was too much trouble for the hostess,... More
