Recently returned to the Shamrock Hotel for a family occassion.Unfortunately my food was very disappointing.Potatoes were wet and my veg was overcooked and again water logged , fish was tasteless.As for the Chowder and guinness forget it.You need to take advice form the Chef at your sister hotel in Liscannor , great Chowder and great food.
