The welcome from the staff was fine, even at a late hour. They were also helpful and friendly at breakfast. But the guest house itself is in dire need of investment. There was damp on the walls of the rooms, which were in need of redecorating.

We stayed in Moneyguyneen when we were attending a wedding in Kinnity Castle recently. The Kinnity Castle website leads one to believe that Moneyguyneen is located close to the Castle. It is, in fact, about 3Km away. I found the accommodation to be basic, the breakfast was poor and the staff were unfriendly.
