Myself and my wife stayed for just the one night, as a little getaway(no kids with us !) and I have to say we really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and attentive . It was tremendous value and we could'nt find fault. We will definetly be back. More

Enjoyed my over night stay here. Found reception/bar and restaurant staff to be very welcoming and helpful. This was a particularly positive aspect as I do not usually travel alone. Spent one night at the Athlone Springs over the Christmas with my partner. It was nice. Staff were efficient at check in. The room was very nice, nice big bed, good hairdryer. Lighting was not great in either the room or the bathroom. I wear glasses and so need to be able to get close to the mirror to apply... More

I have absolutely no qualms with any of the staff or their service in this hotel, and I believe that the hotel is run very smoothly, however, The location of the hotel is dire. I was led to believe that it was situated in Athlone town from the website, it was surrounded by cement and located in an industrial estate.... More

Stayed here for an overnight trip in December. Very nice room; quiet with king-sized bed. Helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely and the waitress was attentive. The only difficulty I had was finding this late at night as the sign was not illuminated so I drove right past it! Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. More

This is a fine hotel about 2 miles out of athlone on the western side the night was brilliant and would recommend it highly. Food was very good rooms were lovely and all my party were delighted with the night (80people approx). More
