The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a spectacular view to the pier and harbor. Jonathan servers a very good coffee in the morning so we had a prefect start into the day. In Howth you can enjoy the sea and some wild hillside-walks and if you plan to travel to Dublin the DART takes you there within... More

Ann's is a great little B&B only 20 minutes by train from Connelly Station, Dublin. If you are looking for a place near to Dublin, but much quieter, cleaner and cheaper, Howth is a perfect little town on Dublin Bay. And in Howth, Ann's is a great deal! John, the owner, is a reasonable and likable guy. One review mentioned... More

My wife and I decided to stay in Howth rather than in Dublin itself while visiting Dublin. The views in Howth and accommodations were excellent. We suspect that many would rather stay there rather than stay in Dublin, if they were more aware of the advantages of staying in Howth. The DART train access was very convenient and took us rather... We arrived one evening and were rather rudely greeted for having arrived 45 minutes late. The room was fine, quiet and airy. Breakfast was fairly poor and for 80 euros , I expected a little more effort. More

Three friends ending our trip through Ireland were lucky enough to stay at Ann's of Howth. Our daily trips to Dublin ended in the peaceful setting of Howth and in the delightful environment of Ann's. Our host Jonathan was attentive, helpful and great fun to talk with. The rooms are situated on the third floor and are clean and well... More

My wife Dyan and I stayed at Ann's three nights in October. The rooms (try to get a harbor view room) are very clean and comfortable. The price was quite reasonable, Our host, Jon, was fun and interesting to talk to, from politics to local history, and gave us lots of good tips. Howth is convenient to Dublin by commuter... More

We decided to stay in Howth for the first couple days of our Irish trip because we picked up a rental car at the airport and didn't want to deal with the hassle of driving in Dublin. We also thought we'd get more for our money in Howth than Dublin. Ann's, and Howth, was a pleasant surprise that exceeded our... More

We stayed in Ann's of Howth for two days. It was a great B & B at a great price. The owner was friendly and helpful. Howth is convenient to Dublin, but is quiet and relaxing. Do not expect much of a breakfast--cold cereal, coffee, tea, OJ. But it was enough to start your day! More

We've spoken to Jonathan the owner a couple of times on our way though Howth on previous occasions and had been shown the rooms. This time we were able to avail ourselves of his hospitality. We had a spacious modern, light, twin bedded room at the front of the building with great views throuh the velux windows over the pier... More
