Arrived here on a late January evening for a one night stay, whilst on a mini tour of Cork. I got a room overlooking the bay, and boy, what a lovely view from my window. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Get chatting to Denis the barman about his wine and cognac trips. Great craic !! And the food... More

Booked in for a 2 nights stay at hotel. Room was very nice, very clean , great view. Only issue was after returning from pool we noticed the shower was not working. We had our wedding in Garryvoe on 02/12/11 and stayed for weekend in both Honeymoon and another Suite. Stayed here for a christmas party night with friends ,rooms are fantastic,spotless,lovely beds,great food,party night was very good,the staff are very helpful and chatty.price was ok for a special treat.only fault( and this would only happen on the party nights)toilets were not monitored on a regular basis and were not a pretty site. Our family of 2 adults and 3 children stayed in Garryvoe for 2 nights during the mid-term. Accommodation was excellent. Very spacious and clean. Room design was of a very high standard. Hotel facilities are excellent. Food and service superb. Felt like it was like being looked after my mother! Would have loved to have stayed longer! Location excellent too.... More
