My husband and I stayed in Kinsale for only one short night - arriving around 3pm. Aileen and Orla were so wonderful to talk with. Upon arrival they asked us about our itinerary and gave us an alternate driving route for the next day on our way to Kenmare (which was amazing and scenic) - they are travelers themselves and... We spent just one short night in this great B&B but found it was one of the nicest places we would stay on our 20 day trip through Ireland and GB. Orla and Aileen were charming from the first and were very accomodating with driving directions, meals, dinner suggestions, tea suggestions etc. My husband wasn't feeling well for part of... More

Stayed one night in Kinsale, the B&B was lovely and extremely clean. The host Orla and Aileen were welcoming. 2 mins walk to the town centre. Nice breakfast in the morning. Fabulous place, highly recommended.

We loved Kinsale in no small part because of this great B&B. We were greeted by both Orla and Aileen with tea, scones and welcoming conversation about Kinsale and their home. There zzis parking immediately next to the B&B which always had available spots, except when we first arrived. Upon hearing this, Aileen directed us to the public lot behind... More

My friend and I stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Orla and Aileen are gracious and welcoming. They had lots of tips on what to see, restaurants and pubs. It is very conveniently located. Just park the car and walk. Our room was well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices available.... More

Warm welcome from the owners Aileen and Orla make this B&B a wonderful experience. A short walk to the restaurants and town center, make the location very convenient. Rooms are well appointed and the breakfast one to remember.

This was the nicest B&B we stayed in on our trip to Ireland! The room was well appointed with a nice ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was great. The owners could not have been nicer. They pointed out all of the best places in town and even gave us printed directions to sights on our way out of town! I highly... More

Cloisters was the nicest accomodation we had in Ireland! Aileen and Orla were so warm and inviting that we were sad when we had to leave, wishing we had spent more time in Kinsale. Their breakkfast was great and the rooms in excellent and clean condition. I wish all B & B's were like this!

My partner and I stayed at this B&B for one night in May 2013. Orla was a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. The room we had (#5 I think) was lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic - great selection available, nice quality and presentation. Parking available and excellent location - about a 2 minute walk to the... More

A beautifully-decorated and extremely clean B&B with friendly and helpful hosts. The breakfasts here are delicious. After finally trying the Irish porridge here, as opposed to the traditional Irish breakfast, I am addicted. I loved Kinsale and should I ever return, I would definitely choose to stay at Cloisters again.
