We stayed here for one night, after staying in a horrible hotel the previous night. This place is absolutely beautiful! Its right off Emmett Square (in the middle of clon) but down a quiet street so no noise at night, and a beautiful view of big old trees and a huge green. The rooms were perfect; ultra modern& spotless. So... More

We stayed here for a few nights this June, a lovely house, newly remodelled. Rooms were clean and spacious, house is in a quiet location, within walking distance of downtown. Clare and Cheeser were very friendly, and helpful, great company, and conversation. Breakfasts were wonderful, Clare was very accommodating, and fixed us porridge every morning. We had a wonderful stay... More

I have stayed at Wytchwood several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Not only are the accomodations clean and appropriate, but the proprietors very nice people who were very helpful with showing us around town and giving us advice, directing us to other accomodations elsewhere in Ireland, etc. We will definitely stay there again.

WOW what a find - Private paradise seconds from all activity the town offers. Felt at home straight away, my partner was very happy when shown the TV Lounge so he could watch the football while I lounged in the lovely Garden surfing the net thanks to the complementary WiFi and was even offered a cold drink. The bedroom was... More

What a pearl. We were completely spoiled.Freshly baked homemade bread, muesli, muffins and homemade rhubarb compote with bananas. Eggs just as you like. Peace and quiet in the center of the town. Definetly Wytchwood is on our list of favourites.

Really didn't like this place. Total profiteering. Over priced and totally average. Lady of the house was a bit of a battleaxe to add insult to injury. Don't bother

My husband and I stayed in Wytchwood Guests for one night in June. We had no accommodation booked beforehand, we just walked into the place from the street. As it was on a Sunday, the place was quiet enough and we were managed to get the 'blue room' The place was traditionally furnished and spacious, there was no TV in... More
