The rooms had everything you would need (although the hair dryer wasn't great). It could do with a spruce up but everything was very clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. Especially ken at reception. I brought two small kids. The room was plenty big for the four of us. Swimming pool, leisure centre and hot tub were all... More

On first arrival, the reception area was quite pleasant and welcoming. I checked in smoothly enough, although I found that the receptionist mumbled a bit when telling me where the rooms were, food service times etc. My first impression of the first room I was given was it looks pleasant, although the net curtain looked like it needed a wash.... Dear JohnF64, Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel. I am sad to hear you did not enjoy your stay. All our windows have a safety mechanism which may have been the reason you had trouble closing them. In relation to the table in our Park Cafe Bar, previous customers had moved it to be near the window... More

Right, story is as follows. I booked my room online a fortnight ago on the hotel's website and received the usual confirmation email confirming the booking. In addition to this, I also received a follow-up email telling me how they looked forward to welcoming me blah-blah.... So, on Friday night, I landed to reception to check in, only to be... More

Dear Jayom, I am very disappointed that you had such a bad experience. Sincere apologies for our error. The mistake that occurred was that your room was accidentially given to a Wedding guest who had the same name as yourself. This is no excuse this error should not have occurred. I hope this will not deter you from staying in... More
