Excellent location, warm friendly atmosphere, great breakfast.
Not a bad spot ....needs a good coat of paint and could be cleaner. The food was fantastic and the location was OK unless you needed to hit the pubs at night and then you were faced with a good 20 minute walk and cabs are a pain ( we like our Guinness).
I would stay there again but feel...

Stayed with the O'briens for a wonderful week last August. A home away from home, full of Irish charm.Had kippers for breakfast and they were great.Hope to go back this year for another week. Located opposite the beach, Ideal.
