Upon arrival we checked in and were shown our room. The living area and kitchen were fine, bathroom and bedroom needs updated. Found the bed hard and shower mat was quite dirty. Inside the kettle was very dirty, we asked for a different one at reception which was promptly replaced by a new one by the receptionist. Although, later in... More

We stayed here in August, having decided to return to Bundoran even though we hadnt planned to do this. We stayed in the Rock Hostel the first time, went on to Galway, missed Bundoran and decided to come back. The Rock Hostel was booked out, dissappointingly, but they recommended the Apartotel, and kindly made a call. We were met by... More

We spent two weeks (our family summer holiday) in Bundoran. While we had a great time around Donegal, the accommodation was poor value. Very basic, old style (70's), not well insulated. The apartment was however clean. There are some nice amenities attached to the complex including a small shallow pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Children need not be accompanied... More

I stayed here with my three children and girlfriend and cannot speak highly enough about the way this hotel is run. I had a small problem and the efficient and professional way the management dealt with it left me in no doubt that i shall be returning to this establishment in September. Its situated in the perfect place and all... More

Overall I was disappointed with this complex and believe there is better value to be had, even in Bundoran, that seems generally expensive. The staff were friendly and welcoming - and when we complained about our first room the manager was engaging and agreed to move us to a bigger room as we felt let down... Our first room, a... More

Six friends and myself stayed for a girlie overnighter. We were warmly met on arrival and shown to our accommodation. It was spotlessly clean and adequate for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped with delph etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone and felt it was competively priced. Hope to return soon! More

myself my fiancée and our four young children aged between 18 months and 7 years of age stayed here in August. On arrival this place looked promising and we were really excited about spending our first family holiday here as the website promised a fun filled family stay. A crazy golf course, an indoor swimming pool, indoor outdoor play area... More

Having just returned this week following our week long stay in Bundoran i must agree there is definitely a need for major improvements in quality of accommodation especially when the cost is steep. Value for money was not good. I had problems with the beds and i must admit once i addressed them with the owner they did change my... More
