I have eaten here in the bar many times now,so I have to write this to say a very well done to the chef who produces consistently good food, every time we visit. Stayed at the Mayfly midweek during July 2009. Booked last minute online.Foxford was halfway house between Ballina and Castlebar. Room basic but very clean with tv, iron etc. For a one night stay didnt need any more! Food in Poachers was fantastic!! Couldnt praise it enough!
