We arrived late and it had been a cold, windy and rainy day. Margaret made us a large pot of tea with the best biscuits, and had us relax in the very comfortable homey private lounge. We relaxed and warmed up and Margaret answered questions about the area and the potato famine. The room was very very nice and breakfast was... More

Riverville is a gem! It was very nice to leave the car at the B&B and walk into town - there is a small path across the stream that takes you into town in less than 5 minutes. The home is lovely - clean, well decorated with art everywhere. The hosts' style is very welcoming. We arrived needing help with... More

Riverville is in a quiet location but also very handy to the town centre where there were good options for an evening meal. The B&B is very clean and modern. Our room was a good size and had one of the best showers on our 6 week trip to Britain and Ireland. Margaret is an excellent hostess providing a very... More

Good location this stylish B&B gives a sense of relaxed richness. Roomy enough with comfortable beds and clean cheerful décor. The hosts are friendly and helpful and make a stunning breakfast to start your day off. A lovely area with an easy walk away from the bustle of little Kenmare. A good experience for all. Ken

We've been there a couple of times, and we just love it. Ideally located, it's a very short walk from the town centre. It's very quiet and relaxing. Margaret is one of the nicest host I've ever met, the breakfast is amazing and the beds are so comfortable... I just want to go back there! A must stay in Ireland!

The location was very good, little tricky to find, but only a very quick stroll into the middle of town. Having just cycled there Margaret gave us fantastic coffee and cookies, greatly appreciated! The rooms were nice and simple, no complaints (no TV but not an issue for us anyway). But the breakfast in the morning was probably the best... More

Beautiful, sunny guest house on a quiet tree-lined lane, but just a few minutes walk from the town center. Modern, uniquely decorated, immaculately clean, convenient location, gorgeous garden, nice patio with lovely view, delicious breakfast. Margaret was very helpful with directions and advice. Our room was much bigger than most, and the common sitting room is especially nice. This was... More

we loved the warm atmosphere and the country side and modern decoration. A change from very traditional irish decoration, more younger but still very comfortable. We loved the way we have been introduced and the friendly discussion.

Margaret was very hospitable, it was a freezing cold day & she made us a cup of tea on arrival to warm us up !! The room is comfortableand large with a desk in it, which was great. A big bathroom with a skylight, though the shower was a little short. No television in the room, but there is WiFi... More

We were "drop ins"--no reservations, and we were treated great. Refreshments offered on arrival which was much appreciated after a long day. Easy walk to the downtown area and Margaret suggested a couple places for dinner. She was right on the mark as we had an excellent meal. Lovely decorations in the lounge, hall and breakfast areas. And, we were... More
