Cramped, drab rooms with poor light. unfriendly staff (and that's if you can find anyone when you want one!). completely over priced for a place above a pub. one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had in a B&B. More

We were lucky enough to stumble upon this bar at lunchtime on New Years Day on our return journey from Kerry to Cork. There were also many similar little bars/cafes to chose from on this street. At 1pm the place was buzzing. 2 of us had the burgers which were just amazing - they were huge and very obviously home-made.... More

O'Donnabháin's is a B&B and a pub, with fantastic bar food. We stayed on a wet & windy bank holiday weekend. Our room was spacious, stylish and comfortable and lovely to come back to after a long day on the hills or on the bikes. The breakfasts were great, especially the scrambled eggs. And on one of the nights 48... More

Just what we were looking for! Typical, small, familiar and clean with a very nice pub/ restaurant. Staff is excellent very nice and the food typical and nice too! It's a shame that the hot water wasn't not working properly.. More

Stayed 2 nights while touring the Ring of Kerry with friends. Was perfectly located and enjoyed Kenmare so much! Had a wonderful dinner in the pub and enjoyed the music. Jer (the owner) predicted that the skies would clear up by 11 AM the next morning for our tour of the Ring of Kerry and they did just that! Breakfast... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 children in a family room. The room was spacious and clean. The location is great. All of Kenmare is just outside the door. For similar reasons others mentioned before, I was concerned about staying above a pub. One night we could hear some music from below but it was not enough... More

If you follow Rick Steve's advice and stay a night in Kenmare before starting your next day seeing The Ring of Kerry, then this place may be a good choice to stay that one night. Rooms are on the 2nd level, above and behind the bar/restaurant, and ours was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was impossible to get light bulbs... More

This B&B is in a great location in the centre of Kenmare. It is above a pub which also serves food. The room we had was good with a spacious bathroom. The choice available at breakfast was a bit disappointing. When we checked in we had to pick our key up at a hatch at the back of the bar.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in August. A very nice and clean accommodation. Very convenient for exploring the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle peninsula. Good food and service in the bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One lady served the breakfast and she was very efficient and always had a smile. The parking off street at... More
