The house was dirty. We have a 9 month old baby and we couldn't let him crawl on the floor in the sittingroom or the kitchen. There was some broken glass under the rug in the sittingroom and more in the back garden. A lot of things were broken or missing (bedroom blinds, doors, bed, wardrobes, caffitere, dustpan and brush)...
