Stayed during a family visit. Easy access to circular walks. Excellent views over the meadows from the Terrace. Cooked buffet breakfast with small selection of cereals and fresh fruit. Been visiting for 30 years. Recent refurbishment a big improvement.

Very comfortable lotel. Beautiful location, excellent food. Lovely views across mill stream or mill pond. The original Victorian water wheel still turns as a feature in the dining room. Two minute walk into Sudbury and Gainsborough House museum
