From the outside it looks quite impressive but the rooms are rather tired and dated. Rooms clean but just no WOW factor. £50 per night for B&B so cant grumble I suppose. Good breakfast and the hotel IS conveniently located for the town centre. OK for a one night or maybe a weekend stay but wouldn't stay here longer.
