Went for a staff get together to celebrate some birthdays, so wanted something a little bit more special than normal. We booked the Oak Room for last Friday evening - what an experience. How sad to see such a beautiful old house turned into a 'wedding theme park'. I stayed here 25 years ago, twice, when under previous owners.
