The hotel looks beautiful when you entering the resort-style domain and the lobby, but when entering the room reality strikes... Very poor room, lots of insects on the bed and floor, no clothes iron. The bathroom is even worse, the shower is nothing more than a curtain round a shower head and a drain in the floor (which doesn't serve... More

Expansive resort, consisting of a central building with numerous bungalows, and 2 story buildings near conference rooms, with golf cart transport. Relatively large rooms, excellent firm mattresses, hot water kettles, cups and beverages for morning, basic minibar, multi-continent sockets. Showers have pressure and temperature gradients, but floors do not converge towards the water hole, leaving a puddle after a shower.... More

Naypyidaw is a depressing moonscape and so it's important to have a good hotel as you will spend a lot of time in it.TTYs one has basic rooms, not very clean, poor bathrooms and insects( cockroach) and lizard( ok a small one) no room service menu, no insect repellent but loads of mosquitos and other flying creaturesa balcony without seating,... This hotel has very friendly staff and the setting is good. Across the road from the hotel are two good restaurants. The hotel restaurant is probably one of the better hotel restarants in the city. I was there on a business trips with colleagues. Of course to us, an important issue is room function. We had cold water in the... More

I was here on a business trip and to be honest, the hotel location is the best part about it. If you have ever been to Naypyidaw then you will know that really does not mean much...there is not much here so you are really forced to spend a lot of time in your hotel. The rooms were very dated... More

I stayed there for about 4 nights mid May, the hotel staff welcome us with smile every morning and evening. The room size is big but the equipment is very basic. The bathroom is to big with only shower without bath up.

Dont get me wrong, this place has nice setting, artificial lake, nice bungalows. But.... only on the first view. The quality of construction is very basic. The cleaning of the rooms is very bad - i found some flip flops of the housekeeping stuff in my bathroom, dirt in the corners and bath tub. Walls need very urgently some new paint.... More

If you are planning to visit Nay Pyi Taw, it's likely for business, not pleasure. This hotel allows you to combine the two. Located close to the government administration area, this hotel is tastefully designed, and set on a sprawling property with a number of options for accommodation. At the lower end are studio-type executive rooms with parquet floors and... More

I stayed here following a stay in Yangon where I had so many frustrations and this hotel looked superb in comparison! The entrance and lobby area is superb although somewhat rich for my taste. The grounds were absolutely impeccable and must require an army of gardeners to care for it! The service was absolutely excellent and all the staff were... More
