Stayed here whilst visiting family in Southampton for Christmas. The room was spacious, pleasant and clean with a good bathroom and clean towels every day. It was ideal for inexpensive overnight accomodation and a good breakfast next door at the Beefeater. The staff were attentive and friendly and in good Christmas spirits.
