We booked online and this was the second time we had stayed at this hotel. Staff were friendly spoke very little English,but this suited us as we are trying to learn the language! Buses into the centre of Granada stop out side the hotel and in 10 minutes you are in the middle of Granada.

The advantage Los Galanes Hotel has is that it is near Granada. There is a bus service directly into the city at a reasonable cost, which is directly outside the front door. We stayed here with a deal through Groupon. Unfortunately we did not have chance to check out the hotel and reviews etc before we booked. Very dated and gloomy, way out of the centre and definitely one we will not be visiting again! The only positive was the staff who were very friendly and helpful

It's decently clean and the restaurant is cheap. If you need to be located far from from the center, but close to highway access road, this is the place for you. Customer service leaves much to be desired. All in all, it's not a great value, and it's better to avoid this eyesore and stay somewhere near the center.
