Central location is one thing, but when one can not get sleep, because of street noise (cars, trucks, drunken people) or piste work going late night or early morning, not to mention early morning slow plowing, then there is little vacation recovery left at night. Nice hotel, great location. Stayed at a premium double category room which was very small given the price range. Liked the modern sauna where you have several options. Good restaurant for dining and also good breakfast. Would go back but stay at a different type of room

Nice hotel, newly renovated and rebuilt, decent rooms with all amenities, room rate included breakfast and all mountain ride tickets, great value. Excellent breakfast was exceptionally held at the Heidi room, rustic chalet type restaurant, cool. Front desk staff should be a little bit more familiar with the mountain ride cable cars possibilities.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Lenzerheide so there is easy access to all the lifts. There is a secure bike room so there was no worries there. The staff were all friendly during the stay. The room was also in extremely good condition with a modern bathroom and polished wooden floors in the bedroom

The hotel is in the town near the Post Bus station so convenient if you are taking public transport. The spa facilities were really a good standard and better than expected. Hotel is nice but on the main road. We pay extra for the half board but the menu (2 choices ) is very tiny... And the service so bad .
