Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location at the heart of Montana yet secluded enough for a mice escape. The hotel is cozy, comfortable and has a nice feel to it. They offer a free shuttle service to the ski slopes so quite useful.

It is always difficult to have an objective view of hotels in Switzerland. They seem terribly overpriced compared to more or less anywhere in the world excluding London, Paris and NY.
