Brilliant combination of modern and traditional Swiss food in an excellent environment. Ate here two years ago and thought then this was the best in the Alps. Returned again just after Xmas, and the reviews remains. Also a nicely composed wine menu. Watch out for the cost of sparkling water!

Only spent one night here. Our room at the top was clean & well appointed for a short stay. Views over the river and mountains. Peaceful sound of water. Food was freshly sourced and subtly cooked. All pleasant enough. By Swiss standards it was probably value for money.
