Friendly staff, comfortable bed, old fashioned room, wifi didn´t work in my room, cold, small duvet ( I found an extra one but the cleaner took it the next day ) hot water took a long time to heat up. Breakfast ok. I didn´t ask to change rooms but as they were helpful I probably should have.
on arrival had to wait for someone to check us in. rooms are a bit tired and would benefit from a refurbishment to brighten up the rooms..
breakfast was very good and plentyful with staff looking after us at all times.Restaurant food is excellent-hot and very tasty.
Friday and Saturday nights are a nightmare with people shouting and screming/fighting outside...

Stadt Hamm hotel is located 15 min walk from train station, or 5 min by taxi.
