The room was comfortable, as were the beds. Heating worked very well, which was handy for November! Room facilities were fine and it was nice to be given two complementary bottles of water. I got a room away from the road, which was what I asked for. Breakfast was over in the Kaiserworth and was perfectly nice and as expected....
