Generally agree with all recent comments. We arrived at lunchtime when staff were available. Had to wait about 1 hour for the room to be made ready - no problems for us. The only quibbles we had were that we should have taken our own milk, tea, coffee etc and that the shower temperaturre varied during every shower. However, we... More

Ideally located within the old town walls and close by to restaurants. Room clean quiet and comfortable, only downside for me was no bath which after a days cycling was sorely missed. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with nicely squeezed orange juice !! Good value.

This is basically a restaurant with 5 B&B rooms. Its best to arrive when the restaurant is open 12-14 hrs and 18-21 hrs otherwise it is all shut up.The room was spacious and warm and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok ( continental of course ) but no meats available Room service was a bit iffy (our tea and coffee was... More

The rooms are nicely decorated, warm with tea and coffee making facilities, extra pillows and nice firm bed. The hotel is situated in the old walled city next to the Cathedral. In a place where Sat Nav is absolutely critical in order to find the place easily, once there it is worth it and with a free car park next... More

This is an excellent place to stay in the old town in Boulogne. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and there is coffee served in the room. There is a free car park next door. The restaurant is in the old house which must be part of the old Bishop's Palace. The rooms are lovely and really elegant and... More

Hotel in the old town, took a bit of finding but it was worth the effort Rooms were large could have done with a bit more heat. Very good continental breakfast, a huge selection, breakfast cost was included in the room cost. Hotel was next to a free car park, several resteraunts/cafes very close by. Short walk to the town... We chose this hotel on an overnight trip to France as its not too far from the Channel Tunnel Crossing (about 30 mins drive) and it is located on some lovely cobble stone streets surrounded by little restaurants and bars. Its only a 10 minute walk into the town although its a steep hill on the way back so not... More

We recently spent 2 nights here in awful weather - wet and very cold! We stayed in Des Frères Coquelin room which was delightful. It is true that there are no carpets and the room doesn't have much furniture but both the bedroom and bathroom are enormous! Everything was very clean, it was warm and there was a safe in... More

We stayed overnight with 2 friends at this establishment. It had a plus side certainly. My husband & I were in the annexe in the Devres room. It was up steep stairs so be aware of this. The room was very clean & comfortable. It is very sparsely furnished but no problem with that. The bathroom was large with a... More

We arrived finally at this BNB which is located in the old city. IOt was a little hard to find as we did not realise just exactly where it was. You need to drive up the cobbled road into the old city then follow the signs. Our room was up a lot of stairs. It was a twin room with... More
