This hotel is a former private mansion which is in the heart of Rodez, very close to the cathedral and its famous bell tower. The hotel is in a beautiful location and is good value for money. I stayed in du clocher for 2 nights for a open house for a customer. Price of the rooms was very moderate 62 euro/night. Breakfast 8 euro. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits and bread. Cannot complain realy, in the bathroom the toilet did not flush like it should have.

The room was in a poor condition. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, one of the windows was broken, there was no key for the bathroom door, there was no waste paper basket, the bed linen was polyester, the duvet cover was marked, the sound-proofing was non-existent so you could hear snoring from the next room, the reception was unmanned... “Excellent small hotel”

Official closing time for reception is 21:00. We didn't turn up till 23:00, but the guy arrived in 5 minutes and was thoroughly welcoming. The windows are poorly thought-out - it's either open and banging or closed and a bit stuffy, but otherwise no criticisms.
