A nice place to stay: clean, quiet, good service with a personal touch and free Wi-Fi. Free parking and ten minutes walk to the centre of Volterra. Breakfast was quite elaborate for Italian standards. Would certainly come back or recommend this place.

Clean comfortable with nice staff and a good breakfast. Appreciated the easy no hassle free parking. It is a bit of a hike all up hill into Volterra but worth every step of the way. Mgt is very helpful with spot on restaurant recommendations and highlights not to miss in town.

Location is ok, not too far from center, quite a walk uphill to get there though. The service is good, several languages spoken and nice people. Free wi fi! The rooms are old. Unfortunately no air conditioner! The bath room was a bit dirty and we found this long legged animal witch was not supposed to be there!
