Hotel is in centre of Sauze d Oulx, close to bars & resteraunts, about 5 minutes walk to Clotes lift. Nice clean room, good continental breakfast, staff were freindly, car park outside and good value for money, will use again.

We had a very pleasant stay here back in January... the rooms are basic, but everything we needed ; plenty of space for ski gear, comfy bed, and lots of hot water! (1) make sure wine is included in your package before you order (2) despite very helpful waitress staff the food lacks Italian passion (3) rooms are basic and in need of upgrading (4) common area lacks ambience (5) this establishment lacks the basic hospitality you can reasonably expect from a hotel.
