The positive points for this hotel are the courteous staff, the common areas, the car park and the central location. The rooms and were large, quiet and comfortable. They are, however, in need of a face lift as the look is "tired", as well as in the bathroom. We would return.

This hotel is right in the middle of the old city and so is very conveniently located. The staff, particularly Roberto, was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable and large. The price was reasonable. I recommend it!!

While the room was small, it was nicely decorated in old style, in tune with the building. Staff were very friendly and helpful and excellent free wifi service for guests. I agree with earlier reviewer, this hotel merits at most 3 stars, as it has no restaurant and the rooms are okay rather than luxurious. Seems to be used by US tours, so all items at breakfast had been labelled in English to save any gastric disasters! Location is v good however being very central
