This is a lovely property, all rooms have expertly decorated in rich colors. There are no self catering facilities, however the breakfast spread was the best we saw in Italy - all home made. The hotel room was as beautiful as it was made out to be. We stayed in the Bassa room. It had a lovely patio/ garden in the back. The food was excellent. Only downside - the approach is a 2 -3 km dirt track off the main road. Rough on wheels, be careful at night.
