I stayed at Hotel Reale for 6 nights. This was my 2nd visit to the hotel and the food is always good and plentiful... the service with a smile and the accommodation more than adequate. The Reale is also very centrally situated in charming Montecatini, yet it's quiet and ideal to relax. I plan to stay at this hotel again... More

excellent hotel in the middle of montecatini, family runned, with garden and pool!! the staff is very friendly and helpfull, especially sara, who is the octopus on duty. the rooms are nice and very clean, however, the bathroom is rather small and the shower/sitbath too high to step in easily, especially for elderly people. nice breakfast buffet, so the overall... We spent 10 days in Hotel Reale with another couple and a total of 4 kids. The hotel management and all the people working there were very helpful, understanding and prepared to bend backwards to please the toddler and 3 very young kids (< 9 years). The hotel may not be the most modern one but offers all necessary accomodations... More

A very pleasant hotel. Had a nice, little courtyard, which I did not see in other hotels of its category. Even though it is not a super luxurious hotel it provides all comforts and the stay there is very pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes the experience a lot better. The breakfast is not great, but... More

Must congratulate National Holidays on their choice of hotel for our tour .The hotel was very central in a central location for the shops etc.The park is not far away ideal for chilling out .Our room was situated at the side of the hotel overlooking a side street a little noisy as the bar on the corner and is very... An attractive hotel tucked away in a side street. I travelled in a group as part of National Holidays "Italian Spectacular" tour. The twin room which I shared with a friend was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a nice powerful shower over the bath, a bidet and a built-in hairdrier. Dove bath and shower gel was supplied, and the... More

We stayed here for 4 days as part of a National bus tour to Tuscany, they were 28 in our party and all were satisfied with the excellent service that we received, this was no mean feat because of the diversity of ages. It was a family run hotel large enough to provide plenty of space and facilities, but informal... More

This is best hotel I have stayed in, in Europe. Very clean and very friendly family owned and operated hotel. This would be first on my list on any visit to Montecatini Terme. Lovely pool area for relaxing and desk staff speaks and understands English very well. We spent 12 nights here with a tour group and could not have... More

We stayed in this spa town for 12 nights in Oct 2005. We found the outdoor area and foyer very clean and pretty and the pool very inviting. Lovely trees. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especialy little blonde Cinzia. We had breakfast here only once, and at 10Euro per person, we think it's a bit expensive, so we... More
