Great location. 15 mins away from venice. Bus stops directly in front of hotel. An average hotel. Horrible food. Horrible service. No bell boy. No room service after 10pm. Rooms are small but clean. Bathrooms are nice. free internet is crap. Restaurant and reception are under staffed. Long wait for service.

What a surprise this hotel was! Virtually brand new and very well managed, the Hilton Garden Inn provides all the convenience of a large hotel while being so convenient to Venice.

The hotel is modern and clean, nice bathrooms with huge walk in showers. The Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Service at breakfast & lunch was poor, staff are disinterested.
