Nice on the surface, but the management is terribly unfriendly and the owner is an arrogant, not-service-oriented person, selling his location but not a charming experience and even less any good service. Never again. Not up to 4 star standards, and road-side rooms are loud´, especially in the morning when the next wave of tourist rolls in.

The view of the lake is so gorgeous, you want to forget the manager who tried to cheat us with the. He made us pay to use pool towels and billed us drinks and snacks we never ordered or consumed. He scolded our young son for taking an extra croissant with him from the breakfast buffet.

Pro Lakeside location is wonderful. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and relatively modern rooms. Away from street noise. Several good restaurants nearby like La Stalla, Lido and Casino. Con Dining is limited - Continental buffet breakfast and limited lunch menu. No dinner.
