This is a modern, recently renovated B&B close to the heart of Brescia, immaculately maintained. The owners are very flexible and accommodating. There are several rooms for guests and a kitchen dining area. We really enjoyed our stay there - very clean and very comfortable. (Don't always get such modern accommodation for an affordable price in Italy).

The house is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, in the leafy suburbs yet close to the old town centre of Brescia. The Bed And Breakfast is situated on the upper floor of the house where you will find that your accommodation is in an area entirely dedicated to our guests.Separate from the rest of the house, the B&B has a fully independent entrance for a tailor-made holiday. The mansarded rooms are spacious with wooden ceilings, beams and wooden floors, they are tastefully furnished and all have en suite bathrooms.Nearby you can find restaurants, pizzerias, night spots with live music, a multiplex cinema, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, bakeries, pizza snack shops, ice-cream parlours and newsstands.
