Fantastic location, friendly desk staff, good breakfast options. Rooms very nice, clean, quiet, relaxing. We wanted an extra room on the last of our third night stay, and they notonly accommodated but discounted one room for us. Very helpful staff. We've stayed at other Ascoli Piceno hotels and find this one the best for the price.

Neat tidy and immaculately clean hotel in good central location. No restaurant but good (for Italian norm) breakfast with selection of cold meats, pastries etc. Room small but perfect for a overnight stop whilst on cycle tour. They even locked by bike in unused gym overnight to keep it secure.

We recently had four nights here, great staff, good room and good breakfast. The set up for parking is a little different but it works. We would stay here again.

We arrived to be met by a sullen receptionist. Rooms were not aired so smelled damp, so we moved to another room which was not much better. The hotel Albergo Piceno is the appropriate choice for a stay in this pittoresque italian town in central Italy! The stuff was very kind and the rooms really clean! Its location is 1 minute walk from the central square piazza del Poppolo. Do not ever pass Ascoli Piceno without having a night in this wonderful hotel!
