Excellent location, a short walk from the city centre. Rooms are clean, quiet and newly refurbished. Definitely great value for price paid. Plus, staff (Paolo) is friendly and helpful.

What a great find - totally affordable, central to Arezzo, clean, spacious and modern room with loads of space........plus secure parking for €5 per night! Would definitely recommend this B&B!
