This is a neat hotel in a great location for touring the Tuscany/Umbria Regions of Italy. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is very clean and the continental breakfast is delightful. Great value for the money.

But they were right about a couple of things; there's no wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby, and it's way way away from anything.
