Front desk staff rendered excellent service and they are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. It is near KFC, Chinese restaurant, Food centre, Hyper mart, Red tag, etc Bonus: An exclusive lounge for those staying on the executive level 7.

Chose Tulip Inn bases on price and good reviews; was upgraded to suite and found staff very helpful and polite. Had no problems getting a taxi from the hotel. Not the most scenic location, but just right next door to a hypermarket and only a 10 minute taxi ride to beach. Very pleased--would definitely stay again.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was large even by Middle East standards, but found a few problems which I wouldn’t expect from a four star hotel. Helpfull staff, I arrive 5am and they booked me in the room before 6am at no cost. Transport not at airport but after info phoned them they were there within 10 mins free transport. Stayed here with special offer three nights for the price of two. Can recommend, kind service, good breakfast, close to hypermarket and restaurants. In case you need taxi support, there is always available. No negative surprises, worth the price.
