The Room; M. Lacour has four or five rooms - try and hunt down the Coquelicot room - with a four poster. All rooms are immaculate and you would be hard pressed to tell if they had just been renovated the day you arrived.
The Owner; helpful, polite, kind, accommodating. Offered maps, directions, guides, books.
The Breakfast; croissants, fresh coffee and fresh orange juice. Bread and jam. Brie, egg custard and yoghurts. Lots of fruit.
Anything Else; Parking for one car really inside the gate - others will need to find space outside (not too hard). Balconies and gardens great if you want to bring lunch back and sit and relax. Bois le Roi well placed to access font forest for cycling, climbing, riding or walking. Take a satnav as it's not super easy to find. More
