Sorry to say the noise was terrible the entire stay. The dogs did nothing but bark, plus one of the Jack Russels actually did a wee on our bedroom floor whilst we were being shown to our room. We received a lovely warm welcome and a nice cup of tea and cake on arrival. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated having both countryside and village on the doorstep. It was possible to have a country walk and hike from the guesthouse up to "White Nancy", which we very much enjoyed.
