Novotel deserve a huge thumbs up for the quality and level of service at this venue. The staff and pricing is exceptional given the current, ludicrous London climate for all things definitely not being worth what they charge down near bloody Knightsbridge. Wonderful guest relations staff, lofty atrium-style and close to Terminal 3. Well done Novotel. Streets ahead of Sofitel.

Had a two day meeting with 24 of us in total. Hotel was clean and with particularly friendly and helpful staff on reception. Dinner was ok but hotel food never really excites me. But overall I wad happy to stay there and will return.

The rooms are small and they do not give complimentary water. Most importantly, the thing that turned me off was that the toilet is separate from the bathroom. breakfast very poor- wait for long to sit, no staff, dirty tables, raw sausages... rude staff. very dirty breakfast area. all cereals were in together. food tongs very very dirty- broken and sticky. only bad fruit, no eggs left except 1 very little, broken egg. i no return here again.

Great Hotel, great staff - freindly and helpful. Made our stay enjoyable... Great pit stop - as we just used for that. Great location easy to get to Parking you have to pay for thats my only complaint....

Convenient - although last one on the bus route, clean - rooms are average size. Check in is very routine and not engaging - the staff in the bar are very helpful and nice. Good enough for a stop over to make it easy when landing in Heathrow before hurtling into London.
