A great find everything you need lovely hosts, great breakfast, spotless room and lovely touches with the complimentary's. Just stay there if you are in the area and enjoy being looked after so caringly . Sue and Frank.

No wonder the place has uniformly excellent reviews. The Bay Tree is spotlessly clean, the rooms wouldn't be out of place in an up-market boutique hotel, the prize-winning breakfasts were exactly that and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly proprietors, Leigh and Cleo. Highly recommended.

Very warm welcome, Cleo informed us that we had been upgraded for no extra cost when we arrived and showed us to our room. The room was excellent with a HUGE bed!.
