Excellent clean hotel with a very friendly host. This is our second year here and will be back next year for our conference. freshly cooked breakfasts with a choice. nothing was too much for Mark. Close to conference centre and all the amenities.

Stayed 3 nights in very comfortable family room.Plent of wardrobe and drawer space.Small but functional shower room .Nice central location and very quiet at night. Nice touch was being brought jug of fresh milk after making a remark about us being avid tea drinkers, much appreciated as little cartons of UHT don't do justice to a good cup of tea.... More

The Stamford was a very clean, accomodating but small and tall guest house. It has quite a few floors so not great if you have problems walking upstairs. I stayed at the stamford for a couple of days i was really surprised by how comftable and clean the place was and the owners were really nice thanks mark will definatly be coming back to the stamford and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here

We had a lovely winter break here for to visit Southport and surrounding area. Our room was spacious with a lovely comfortable bed.
