“Friendly and comfortable”

Brother in law and I stayed for 2 nights Friday and Saturday quick break away from the wife's. Had a single room, small but clean with everything I needed. Very comfy bed. Hot water took a while to arrive in shower but once it got there plenty of it. Excellent breakfast, set us both up for the day. Comfy lounge/bar... More

Stayed at the Strathmore for 4 nights on a short break. The double room was basic but clean and tidy. Our hosts Heather & Peter (oh and Holly the dog) were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The guest house is pet friendly and although i think we were the only ones staying without a dog... More
