Great place to stay. Rooms well presented and clean. On site front parking bays or free street parking. Breakfast excellent (IOW sausages are outstanding and are a must try). Helpful service with ferry crossings were a further bonus. We also had a planned late arrival which Gillian was willing to sort with us. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights and were very satisfied. Gillian and Andy are there to help with all kind of things without 'pushing' to much. Breakfast is perfect and well organized, great help with booking the ferry, etc. etc. The beach is small but comfortable, the landscape and villages are very nice on Wight. Married couple 50-55.

We stay in many b and bs in the UK, and this is certainly one of the best. it has recently been refurbished, and the decor is both modern and comfortable- something that many owners struggle to achieve. We look forward to staying there again.

The Fawley is a superb guest house. Unlike so many, there are no corners cut here. It was a spontaneous decision to spent one night on the Isle of Wight. Quick check into tripadvisor and there it was, a well recommended B&B. Clean, modern, friendly and warm welcome with an excellent breakfast selection. We even used the i-pod station to listen music! Thank you for that wonderful night.
