we only stayed 1 nite but were made to feel very welcome . cant falt the place close to beach and town centre rooms very clean and you get a great breakfast loads to see around this area and all with in walking distance

A very friendly and clean B&B. The location is excellent, far enough from the loud bars and clubs at the end of the street, but near enough to be only 1 mins walk from the seafront.

I have stayed at this B&B in Paignton each of the last three years. Just one night each time. It is very convenient to the train station, and the beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. The price is excellent.
